Moral Education

Baoji Wende High School holds to the principle of character education first, giving moral education the same weight as academics. Building on its structured discipline and boarding environment, the school cultivates students' self-discipline, responsibility, focus, and teamwork.

Structured Discipline

  • Regular routines: a unified daily schedule, with morning and evening study, meals, and lights-out strictly observed;
  • Uniform dress: school uniforms are worn on campus, keeping the campus neat and orderly;
  • Discipline training: new-student military training and daily drills build habits of promptness and order;
  • Responsibility: dormitory and class management combine student self-governance with teacher supervision.

Boarding Management

  • All students board: no commuting distractions, so students complete their three years in a focused environment;
  • Dual care from residential staff and duty teachers, covering night patrols and emergency response;
  • Clear procedures for meals, medical care, and leave requests;
  • Regular communication with parents about students' study and life.

Guiding Approach

  • Patriotic education as the main thread: flag-raising ceremonies, themed class meetings, and commemorative activities;
  • Daily behavioral norms as the handle: etiquette, hygiene, and discipline cultivated across the board;
  • Student activities as the vehicle: campus cultural activities that develop individuality and well-rounded competence;
  • Family–school cooperation as the support: regular parent meetings, home visits, and parent classes.
