Basic Requirements

• Teaching qualification certificate for the relevant subject;
• Bachelor's degree or above; master's degree preferred;
• Senior-high teaching experience, provincial/municipal teaching specialists, and backbone teachers preferred;
• Healthy in body and mind, devoted to education, aligned with the school's philosophy, and able to adapt to the rhythm of a boarding school;
• Experience as a homeroom teacher or with graduating (Gaokao) classes is preferred.

• Salary set by position, competitive among private schools in Baoji;
• Social insurance, winter and summer vacations, and year-end performance pay per school policy;
• Help with on-campus or nearby housing for teachers from out of town;

Application Process

1. Submit a résumé by email or in person (with teaching experience, awards, and scans of teaching certificates);
2. HR review, followed by notification for a first interview;
3. Demonstration lesson / written test + interview;
4. Health check and background verification, then signing of the employment contract.
